Product Description

To purchase a Daily Ticket, you can visit our Town Office, the Shames Mountain’s Ticket Office, or our Online Resort Store, you will need to pick a specific day for the Daily Lift Ticket to be used. If buying online for your visit, you will need to create an online account with our webstore.

If you need to cancel a Daily Lift Ticket, you must tell us 72 hours prior to the day of your visit. The refunded purchase can take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected on your credit card. Cancellations must contact us via email at shamesinvoices@citywest.ca.

If you are renting equipment, please provide your information in our Rental Pre-set form so we can prepare your gear in advance. When you arrive at the mountain we will have your equipment set aside to speed up the process.
