Lift Tickets and Rental Add-Ons
Purchase your full day tickets online and beat the crowds. To purchase a Daily Lift Ticket, you need to pick a specific day for the ticket to be used. You will need to create an online account with the webstore. Please ensure you have entered your date of birth for each member of your family so you can purchase the correct tickets.
If you need to cancel a Daily Lift Ticket, you must tell us 72 hours prior to the day of your visit. The refunded purchase can take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected on your credit card. Cancellations must contact us via shamesinvoices@citywest.ca. If you are a no-show on the day of your scheduled Daily Lift Ticket, your ticket cannot be refunded or rescheduled to another day.
Online Rentals Sales are currently only available as an add-on to a Daily Lift Ticket. Season Pass Holders interested in Rentals will need to book them on premises, on the day of their visit. If you are renting equipment, please provide your information in our Rental Pre-set form so we can prepare your gear in advance. When you arrive at the mountain we will have your equipment set aside to speed up the process.
