To purchase a Daily Cap Ticket you need to pick a specific day for the Daily Cap Ticket to be used. You will need to create an online account with the webstore. Please ensure you have entered your date of birth for each member of your family so you can purchase the correct tickets.
If you need to cancel a Daily Cap Ticket, you must tell us 72 hours prior to the day of your visit. Cancellation involves refunding your purchase to free up the spot for someone else. The refunded purchase can take 5 to 10 business days to be reflected on your credit card.
Cancellations must contact us via email@example.com. If you simply do not show up on the day of your scheduled Daily Cap Ticket, your ticket cannot be refunded or rescheduled to another day.
